Don't make your heart heavy with the cares of this life. We are to cast our worldly worries and concerns upon the Lord, for He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7). Jesus says, “Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you’ll learn to live freely and lightly.” —Matthew 11:29-30, MSG
