Stand Your Ground

Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. —Psalm 34:19 (NASB)

We may face many hardships and difficult circumstances, but we are not defeated. Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. (Romans 8:37 NKJV). Thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. (1 Corinthians 15:57 NASB) With all this going for us, my dear, dear friends, stand your ground. And don’t hold back. Throw yourselves into the work of the Master, confident that nothing you do for him is a waste of time or effort. (1 Corinthians 15:58 MSG) God will cause you to be fruitful in the land of your affliction.
