Draw Near

Therefore let us [with privilege] approach the throne of grace [that is, the throne of God’s gracious favor] with confidence and without fear, so that we may receive mercy [for our failures] and find [His amazing] grace to help in time of need [an appropriate blessing, coming just at the right moment]. —Hebrews 4:16 (AMP)

What a privilege and honor that we are able to humbly draw near to the throne of grace, with confidence. We have a heavenly Father Who desires us to be close to Him. As for God, His way is blameless; The word of the LORD is tried; He is a shield to all who take refuge in Him. For who is God, but the LORD? And who is a rock, except our God, (Psalm 18:30-31 NASB).

The LORD lives, and blessed be my rock; and exalted be the God of my salvation, —Psalm 18:46  (NASB)
