Do Not be Afraid

“Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the LORD will personally go ahead of you. He will be with you; he will neither fail you nor abandon you.” —Deuteronomy 31:8 (NLT)

This is a very precious and powerful promise because with God all things are possible. (See Matthew 19:26 & Mark 10:27)  The LORD is the One who goes ahead of you. He will be with you. He will not fail you. He will never forsake you. There is no need to fear or be dismayed.

“He’s right there with you. He won’t let you down; he won’t leave you. Don’t be intimidated. Don’t worry.” —Deuteronomy 31:8 (MSG)
