Consider it All Joy

Consider it all joy, my brethren, when you encounter various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. And let endurance have its perfect result, so that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.
James 1:2-4 (NASB)

What the devil intends for evil, God will use and eventually work everything together for good. So don’t try to get out of anything prematurely. As we learn to endure the challenges and hardships of life, our faith develops and we grow stronger and more mature. The Voice Bible says our faith will blossom under pressure and teach us true patience as we endure. And true patience brought on by endurance will equip us to complete the long journey and cross the finish line—mature, complete, and wanting nothing. Just as Jesus overcame the world, we too shall overcome the obstacles we face in this life.

I encourage you, dear brothers and sisters, to fight the good fight, finish the course, keep the faith; (See 2 Timothy 4:7 NASB) And don’t let the enemy steal your joy.
