The Door

So Jesus said to them again, “Truly, truly I say to you, I am the door of the sheep. I am the door; if anyone enters through Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture.” —John 10:7, 9 (NASB)

Jesus is the Door; anyone who enters through Him will be saved [and will live forever], and will go in and out [freely], and find pasture (spiritual security). (See John 10:9 AMP) Jesus is the Door, leading to life. He openly gives us access to the Father. Anyone who goes through Him will be cared for, and will experience a more abundant life and true freedom.

Therefore, brothers and sisters, since we have confidence to enter the holy place by the blood of Jesus, let’s approach God with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. (Hebrews 10:19, 110:22 NASB)

...let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy for our failures, and we will find His amazing grace to help us when we need it most. —Hebrews 4:16 (NLT/AMP)
