A Son is Given

For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given; and the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. —Isaiah 9:6 (NKJV)

Unto us a Son is given. Jesus is everything we need. He has done all that needed to be done for us. When He said “It is finished!” that is what He meant. Receive Him today. He continually beckons for us to come closer to Him. Receive His counsel, and guidance. Receive His love as an everlasting Father and receive His peace that will rule in our hearts and minds as we keep our eyes fixed on Him.
