Great is His Mercy

The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in mercy. —Psalm 103:8 (NKJV)

He has not dealt with us according to our sins, nor punished us according to our iniquities. For as the heavens are high above the earth, so great is His mercy toward those who fear Him; (Psalm 103:10-11) The mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear Him, and His righteousness to children’s children, (Psalm 103:17).

But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), (Ephesians 2:4-5). Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. (Hebrews 4:16)
