Seek the LORD

Glory in His holy name; Let the hearts of those who seek and require the LORD [as their most essential need] rejoice. Seek and deeply long for the LORD and His strength [His power, His might]; Seek and deeply long for His face and His presence continually. —Psalms 105:3-4 (AMP)

Seek the LORD while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near. (Isaiah 55:6 NKJV) …you will seek the LORD your God, and you will find Him if you seek Him with all your heart and with all your soul. (Deuteronomy 4:29 NKJV) Second Chronicles 12:14 (NKJV) says King Rehoboam did evil, because he did not prepare his heart to seek the LORD. Let us choose life and prepare our hearts to seek the LORD and His will. He is our most essential need. And those who know Your name [who have experienced Your precious mercy] will put their confident trust in You, for You, O LORD, have not abandoned those who seek You. (Psalm 9:10 AMP)

And He has made from one blood every nation of men to dwell on all the face of the earth, and has determined their preappointed times and the boundaries of their dwellings, so that they should seek the Lord, in the hope that they might grope for Him and find Him, though He is not far from each one of us; —Acts 17:26-27 (NKJV)
