Give it to God

Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.
1 Peter 5:7 (NLT)

Our heavenly Father loves you so much He doesn't want you weighed down with worries or all stressed out. He daily carries our burdens for us (Psalm 68:5), if we only let go and give them to God. Cast your burden on the LORD, and He shall sustain you (Psalm 55:22).
