Power & Peace

The LORD sat enthroned over the flood.
The LORD sits enthroned as king forever.
The LORD will give power to his people.
The LORD will bless his people with peace.
Psalm 29:10-11 (GW)

The LORD gives power to His people and blesses us with peace. God has given us a spirit of power, love and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). And He is able, through His mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think (Ephesians 4:20). Our heavenly Father gives us a peace, which surpasses all understanding. His peace will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Praise God for His provision of peace and power! Amen.
