Whom Shall I Fear?

The LORD is my light and my salvation;
Whom shall I fear?
The LORD is the strength of my life;
Of whom shall I be afraid?
Psalm 27:1 (NKJ)

The light of the LORD shows us the way. When we walk with our heavenly Father, there is no need to fear. With God on our side, who can stand against us? He is a strong fortress of protection and the strength of our lives. Fearing people is a dangerous trap, but whoever leans on, trusts in, and puts his confidence in the LORD is safe and set on high (Proverbs 29:25).
