It’s a New Day!

Because of the LORD’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.  —Lamentations 3:22-23 (NIV)

As we wake up each morning, the LORD has given us new mercies and compassions. He does not hold grudges over the mistakes we made yesterday. Instead, the LORD is longsuffering and abundant in mercy. Once we confess our sins, He is faithful to forgive us and remember them no more. If He doesn’t hold our past against us, why do we sometimes have difficulty letting go and moving forward? Today, we have a fresh new start in Christ, let’s press on, toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. (see Philippians 3:13-14)

For the LORD is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations. (Psalm 100:5 NIV)

Be Captivated by Christ
