Make Your Plans

Commit your works to the LORD [submit and trust them to Him], and your plans will succeed [if you respond to His will and guidance]. —Proverbs 16:3 (AMP)

Go ahead and make all the plans you want, but it’s the Lord who will ultimately direct your steps. (Proverbs 16:1 TPT) We should indeed make our plans. Proverbs 29:18 (KJV) says, where there is no vision the people perish. However, we need to commit our works to the LORD and follow His guidance. We plan the way we want to live, but only God makes us able to live it. (Proverbs 16:9 MSG) Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take. (Proverbs 3:6 NLT)

Within your heart you can make plans for your future, but the Lord chooses the steps you take to get there. —Proverbs 16:9 (TPT)
