Don’t Lose Heart

Therefore we do not lose heart, but though our outer person is decaying, yet our inner person is being renewed day by day. For our momentary, light affliction is producing for us an eternal weight of glory far beyond all comparison, while we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal. —2 Corinthians 4:16-18 (NASB)

My dear friends, don’t let the present troubles and trials get you down. I pray that you remain strong and do not lose heart. All this is proceeding along lines planned all along by God and then executed in Christ Jesus. When we trust in him, we’re free to say whatever needs to be said, bold to go wherever we need to go. (Ephesians 3:11-12 MSG) ...thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. (1 Corinthians 15:57 NASB)
