Blessed!

If you are insulted because you bear the name of Christ, you will be blessed, for the glorious Spirit of God rests upon you. —1 Peter 4:14 (NLT)

But it is no shame to suffer for being a Christian. Praise God for the privilege of being called by his name! (1 Peter 4:16 NLT) God gave Him the name above all other names. so that at the name of Jesus every knee will bow, of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and that every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. (Philippians 2:10-11 NASB1995)

So if you are suffering in a manner that pleases God, keep on doing what is right, and trust your lives to the God who created you, for he will never fail you. (1 Peter 4:19 NLT) ...let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up. (Galatians 6:9 NLT)

“God blesses those who are persecuted for doing right, for the Kingdom of Heaven is theirs.” —Matthew 5:10 (NLT)
