Love is the Call

We have come to know [by personal observation and experience], and have believed [with deep, consistent faith] the love which God has for us. God is love, and the one who abides in love abides in God, and God abides continually in him. —1 John 4:16 (AMP)

The call of God is love. It is a higher call. It's not the way of this world. The call of our heavenly Father requires us to be different, to rise to a higher level. The love walk compels us to refuse offense, bitterness, hatred and trying to get revenge. Following the call of God will cause us to dig deeper and go higher, to walk in love at all times, with everyone He brings our way. YAHWEH is love. When we abide in Him, we live and walk in love. LOVE is the call. Will you answer?

Therefore I… implore you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling with which you have been called, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, showing tolerance for one another in love, —Ephesians 4:1-2 (NASB)
