Rescued!

For He rescued us from the domain of darkness, and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. —Colossians 1:13-14 (NASB1995)

God has rescued us from the domain of darkness. We are now citizens in the Kingdom of Christ. See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception, according to the tradition of men, according to the elementary principles of the world, rather than according to Christ. (Colossians 2:8 NASB1995) And now, just as you accepted Christ Jesus as your Lord, you must continue to follow him. (Colossians 2:6 NLT) Let us walk in a manner worthy of the Lord [displaying admirable character, moral courage, and personal integrity], to [fully] please Him in all things… (See Colossians 1:10 AMP)
