On Our Side

If  the LORD had not been on our side - let Israel say - if the LORD had not been on our side when men attacked us, when their anger flared against us, they would have swallowed us alive; the flood would have engulfed us, the torrent would have swept over us, the raging waters would have swept us away.
Psalm 124:1-5 (NIV)

If God were not on our side, many of us would not have made it thus far. God is on our side. If God is for us who can be against us? The One who dwells in us is greater than the one who is in the world (1 John 4:4). The battle belongs to the LORD and nothing is too difficult for Him. Keep holding up your shield of faith and God will lead you to victory.
