Wisdom and Understanding

"Where then does wisdom come from? Where does understanding dwell?"
"God understands the way to it and he alone knows where it dwells, for he views the ends of the earth and sees everything under the heavens."
Job 28:20, 23 (NIV)

If anyone lacks wisdom, James 1:5 says to ask God and it will be given unto you. Understanding also, comes from the LORD. Proverbs 4:7 instructs us to get understanding though it may cost all we have. The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom (Proverbs 9:10); and to shun evil is understanding (Job 28:28). Blessed is the person who finds wisdom and gains understanding. May we seek wisdom and get understanding in all circumstances.
