Members of God's Family

So then you are no longer strangers and aliens [outsiders without rights of citizenship], but you are fellow citizens with the saints (God’s people), and are [members] of God’s household, —Ephesians 2:19 (AMP)

As children of God, we no longer belong to the domain of darkness, but we are fellow citizens of the Kingdom of God and children of light. We are members of God’s holy family, and residents of His household. (See Ephesians 2:19 VOICE) For once you were full of darkness, but now you have light from the Lord. (Ephesians 5:8 NLT) (…the fruit of the Light consists in all goodness and righteousness and truth), (Ephesians 5:9 NASB) So let us walk as children of Light.

“The LORD your God is in your midst, a victorious warrior. He will exult over you with joy, He will be quiet in His love, He will rejoice over you with shouts of joy.” —Zephaniah 3:17 (NASB)
