Treasure His Word

Deal bountifully with Your servant, that I may live and keep Your word [treasuring it and being guided by it day by day]. Open my eyes [to spiritual truth] so that I may behold wonderful things from Your law. —Psalm 119:17-18 (AMP)

Forever, O LORD, Your word is settled in heaven. (Psalm 119:89 NASB) When we stand on the Word of God, we are standing on solid ground. The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God stands forever. (Isaiah 40:8 NASB) Jeremiah 1:12 (NASB) says, He watches over His word to perform it. His word is a lamp to guide our feet and a light for our path. (See Psalm 119:105 NLT) Study this Book of Instruction continually. Meditate on it day and night so you will be sure to obey everything written in it. Only then will you prosper and succeed in all you do. (Joshua 1:8 NLT)
