Seek Him First

“But don’t be so concerned about perishable things like food. Spend your energy seeking the eternal life that the Son of Man can give you. For God the Father has given me the seal of his approval.” —John 6:27 (NLT)

Don’t strive for the perishable things of this world. Instead, strive for what matters most. Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need. (Matthew 6:33) Seek the LORD and His strength; Seek His face continually. (Psalm 105:4 NASB) 

Blessed and favored by God are those who keep His testimonies, and who [consistently] seek Him and long for Him with all their heart. —Psalm 119:2 (AMP)
