What Great Love!

“See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him.” —1 John 3:1 (NIV)

What extravagant love our heavenly Father  has shown to us that we have the honor and privilege to be called children of the Most High God. In Luke 18:17 (AMP), Jesus said: “I assure you and most solemnly say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God [with faith and humility] like a child will not enter it at all.”  May we receive the Kingdom of God. …as many as did receive and welcome Him, He gave the right [the authority, the privilege] to become children of God, that is, to those who believe in (adhere to, trust in, and rely on) His name— (John 1:12 AMP)

Therefore become imitators of God [copy Him and follow His example], as well-beloved children [imitate their father]; —Ephesians 5:1 (AMP)

Be Captivated by Christ
