Find Rest

This is what the LORD says: “Stop at the crossroads and look around. Ask for the old, godly way, and walk in it. Travel its path, and you will find rest for your souls. But you reply, ‘No, that’s not the road we want!’ —Jeremiah 6:16 (NLT)

Don't be hard-headed and refuse to walk in the wise ways of YAHWEH. Psalm 91:1 (NLT) says: Those who live in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty. The high and lofty one who lives in eternity, the Holy One, says this: “I live in the high and holy place with those whose spirits are contrite and humble. I restore the crushed spirit of the humble and revive the courage of those with repentant hearts. (Isaiah 57:15 NLT) He dwells in the high and holy (set apart) place. May we humble ourselves and find rest for our souls by abiding in the shelter of El Elyon, the God Most High. He lets you rest in green meadows and leads you beside peaceful streams. (See Psalm 23:2 NLT)

The LORD will guide you continually, and satisfy your soul in drought, and strengthen your bones; You shall be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail. —Isaiah 58:11 (NKJV)

Be Captivated by Christ
