Stay Connected

“I am the Vine; you are the branches. The one who remains in Me and I in him bears much fruit, for [otherwise] apart from Me [that is, cut off from vital union with Me] you can do nothing.” —John 15:5 (AMP)

Realize that our union with Yeshua is vital. He is the very source of life. All things were made and came into existence through Him; and without Him not even one thing was made that has come into being. In Him was life [and the power to bestow life]… (See John 1:3-4 AMP) We are to live, move and have our being in Him. (See Acts 17:28) When we live separated from the Vine we are powerless. (See John 15:5 TPT) And without Him we are on the path that leads to death and destruction. Stay closely connected to Yeshua, be deeply rooted in Him and you will bear much fruit. 

As diligent as we are to ensure our electronic devices are daily plugged in to re-charge, let us be all the more committed to staying connected to Christ, the very Source of our life, peace and strength.

Be Captivated by Christ
