Hope in Our Helper

Don’t put your confidence in powerful people; there is no help for you there. But joyful are those who have the God of Israel as their helper, whose hope is in the LORD their God. He made heaven and earth, the sea, and everything in them. He keeps every promise forever. —Psalm 146:3, 5-6 (NLT)

The unfailing love of the LORD, is as vast as the heavens; His faithfulness reaches beyond the clouds. His righteousness is like the mighty mountains, His justice like the ocean depths. He cares for people and animals alike. How precious is God’s unfailing love! All humanity finds shelter in the shadow of His wings. (See Psalm 36:5-7)
