The Battle Belongs to God

..and he said, “Listen, all Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem and King Jehoshaphat: thus says the LORD to you, ‘Do not fear or be dismayed because of this great multitude, for the battle is not yours but God’s.” —2 Chronicles 20:15 (NASB1995)

Listen carefully, people of the Most High God. Whatever situation you are facing today, remember that the battle belongs to Yahweh. He goes before us and makes a way. He says cast all your cares on Him because He cares for you. (See 1 Peter 5:7) Don’t be discouraged, nor let difficulties distract you from our everlasting Father and His sovereignty. Our troubles are light and momentary, and they will come to pass, but our great God is eternal. Trust in the LORD forever, for in YAH, the LORD, is everlasting strength. (Isaiah 26:4 NKJV) God is with us, and nothing is too difficult for Him. He will work everything together for good for those who love Him and are called according to his purpose for them. (See Romans 8:28) Amen.
