Live in God

...we have seen with our own eyes and now testify that the Father sent his Son to be the Savior of the world. All who declare that Jesus is the Son of God have God living in them, and they live in God. —1 John 4:14-15 (NLT)

In Matthew 16:15, Jesus asked Simon Peter, “But what about you?” he asked. “Who do you say I am?” Who do you say Jesus is? Do you acknowledge and accept Him as the Messiah, the Son of the living God? (See Matthew 16:16) He gave his life to free us from every kind of sin, to cleanse us, and to make us his very own people, totally committed to doing good deeds. (Titus 2:14 NLT) And now, just as you accepted Christ Jesus as your Lord, you must continue to follow him. Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness. (Colossians 2:6-7 NLT)
