Praise Him

Why are you in despair, O my soul?
 And why have you become disturbed within me? 
Hope in God, for I shall again praise Him
 for the help of His presence. —Psalm 42:5 (NASB1995)

Praise God for the help of His Presence. When you go through deep waters, He will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you. (See Isaiah 43:2 NLT) His faithfulness endures forever and reaches beyond the clouds. (See Psalm 117:2 & Psalm 36:5 NLT)

It is because of the LORD’s lovingkindnesses that we are not consumed,
 because His [tender] compassions never fail. They are new every morning;
 Great and beyond measure is Your faithfulness. —Lamentations 3:22-23 (AMP)
