He's Faithful

The LORD graciously remembered and visited Sarah as He had said, and the LORD did for her as He had promised. So Sarah conceived and gave birth to a son for Abraham in his old age, at the appointed time of which God had spoken to him. —Genesis 21:1-2 (AMP)

YAHWEH is faithful to fulfill every promise He has made. Instead of trying to make things happen when you want them to happen, wait patiently with expectation until the appointed time. And never think for one moment that our heavenly Father has forgotten about you. Believe God and stand on His Word. Faith shows the reality of what we hope for; it is the evidence of things we cannot see. (Hebrews 11:1 NLT) But without faith it is impossible to [walk with God and] please Him, for whoever comes [near] to God must [necessarily] believe that God exists and that He rewards those who [earnestly and diligently] seek Him. (Hebrews 11:6 AMP)
