He Bears Our Burdens

Bless and affectionately praise the LORD, O my soul, and all that is [deep] within me, bless His holy name. Bless and affectionately praise the LORD, O my soul, and do not forget any of His benefits;—Psalm 103:1-2 (AMP)

One of God’s many wonderful benefits is that He bears our burdens, every day. Psalm 68:19 (NASB 1995) says, “Blessed be the Lord, who daily bears our burden, the God who is our salvation. Selah.” So, I ask, if God is bearing our burdens, why are we so determined to hold onto them? Each and every day cast all your cares, concerns and anxieties unto Him and do not pick them back up again. Every time you start to worry about something, just thank God that He has already worked that situation out.
