Jesus is The Way

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” —John 14:6 (NKJV)

Jesus is the only Way to God, the Father. When we follow the world’s ways, or fleshly, selfish, desires, we end up taking detours away from God’s will and falling into deep, dark ditches or going down dead-end roads, that leave us feeling empty and hopeless. The ways of the LORD are higher than our ways, let us take the higher way (See Isaiah 55:8-9), and draw near to God.

Jesus is the truth, and His name is called The Word of God (See Revelation 19:13). John 8:32 says: “you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” We experience freedom when we accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior and grow in our knowledge of Him as the living Word of God. May we continually be led by the light and truth of God's Word. (See Psalm 43:3)

Jesus is the life. John 1:14 (NLT) says: The Word gave life to everything that was created, and his life brought light to everyone. John 10:10 (NKJV) says: Jesus came that we may have life, and that we may have it more abundantly. We have all that we need in Jesus the Christ: the way prepared for us, the truth revealed to us, abundant life in us and the light of His love, shining upon us. Listen for His voice and follow Him, moment by moment.

Be Captivated by Christ
