Do Good

Trust in the LORD, and do good; Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. Commit your way to the LORD, trust also in Him, and He shall bring it to pass. He shall bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday. —Psalm 37:3, 5-6 (NKJV)

Proverbs 3:27 (NASB) says: Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to do it. Seize every opportunity to do good, as the Holy Spirit leads you. We are to be loving, generous, kind and compassionate to others (regardless of color, race, religious preference, etc), not as a way of earning points with YAHWEH or to have something to brag about, but to partner with Him and be His representative (ambassador) on earth. In this way we let our light shine in this dark world and bring glory to the kingdom of YAHWEH.

Turn from evil and do good, so that you will dwell forever. For the LORD loves justice and does not abandon His godly ones; they are protected forever, but the descendants of the wicked will be eliminated. The righteous will inherit the land and dwell in it forever. —Psalm 37:27-29 (NASB)

Be Captivated by Christ
