A Very Present Help

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. —Psalm 46:1 (NASB1995)

In our lifetime, someone is bound to abandon us, in our time of need, but we can be confident that Yahweh is with us always and forever, through thick and thin and everything in between. He is a faithful Father, Who always takes care of His children. Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! (See 1 John 3:1) The LORD is also our Shepherd [to feed, to guide and to shield us], we shall not want. (See Psalm 23:1 AMP) He keeps watch over us constantly and provides all of our needs. Amen.
