Cling to Your Faith

Cling to your faith in Christ, and keep your conscience clear. For some people have deliberately violated their consciences; as a result, their faith has been shipwrecked. —1 Timothy 1:19 (NLT)

Make sure your faith is in Christ, the chief cornerstone. Always strive to have a clear conscience before God and before men, that you may avoid having your faith shipwrecked. Pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, perseverance and gentleness. Fight the good fight of faith; take hold of the eternal life to which you were called, and you made the good confession... (See 1 Timothy 6:11-12 NASB1995)
