Our Place of Safety

“Because of the covenant I made with you, sealed with blood, I will free your prisoners from death in a waterless dungeon. Come back to the place of safety, all you prisoners who still have hope! I promise this very day that I will repay two blessings for each of your troubles.” —Zechariah‬ ‭9‬:‭11‬-‭12‬ ‭(NLT‬‬)

Come to Yahweh. He is our place of safety. He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will remain secure and rest in the shadow of the Almighty [whose power no enemy can withstand]. (Psalms‬ ‭91‬:‭1‬ ‭AMP‬‬)  In the midst of hardships and difficulties, still have hope. He is the God Who will give you double for your trouble. The LORD gives freedom to the prisoners. The LORD opens the eyes of the blind; The LORD raises those who are bowed down; The LORD loves the righteous. (See Psalm 146:7-8 NKJV) Happy is he who has the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the LORD his God. (See Psalm 146:5 NKJV)
