Hold Fast

…Christ is faithful as a Son over His [Father’s] house. And we are His house if we hold fast our confidence and sense of triumph in our hope [in Christ]. —Hebrews 3:6 (AMP)

Therefore, holy brothers and sisters, who share in the heavenly calling, [thoughtfully and attentively] consider the Apostle and High Priest whom we confessed [as ours when we accepted Him as Savior], namely, Jesus; (Hebrews 3:1 AMP) Fix your thoughts on Him. Take care, brethren, that there not be in any one of you an evil, unbelieving heart that falls away from the living God. (Hebrews 3:12 NASB1995) We are not like those who turn away from God to their own destruction. We are the faithful ones, whose souls will be saved. (See Hebrews 10:39 NLT) Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful; (Hebrews 10:23 NASB1995)

So then, we must cling in faith to all we know to be true. For we have a magnificent King-Priest, Jesus Christ, the Son of God, who rose into the heavenly realm for us, and now sympathizes with us in our frailty. —Hebrews 4:14 (TPT)
