He Understands

Do you not know? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the whole earth. He never becomes faint or weary; there is no limit to his understanding. —Isaiah 40:28 (CSB)

Have you ever been misunderstood? Well, no matter what you have done, or what you are going through, the LORD understands. Psalm 139:2 (CSB) says, He even understands our thoughts from far away. He is intimately acquainted with all of our ways. Even before we speak a word, He knows it all. (See Psalm 139:3-4) Still, our awesome God is full of compassion, and gracious, longsuffering and abundant in mercy and truth. (See Psalm 86:15 NKJV) He will give you beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness. (See Isaiah 61:3) He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. (Isaiah 40:29 NIV)

Great is our [majestic and mighty] Lord and abundant in strength; His understanding is inexhaustible [infinite, boundless]. —Psalm 147:5 (AMP)

Be Captivated by Christ
