Look to the LORD

Woe to those who go down to Egypt for help and rely on horses, and trust in chariots because they are many and in horsemen because they are very strong, but they do not look to the Holy One of Israel, nor seek the LORD! —Isaiah 31:1 (NASB)

Instead of relying on the government, or human assistance of any kind, look to the Holy One of Israel, and seek His counsel. True help comes only from the LORD, our Creator. Do not rely on your own understanding, but get wisdom and get understanding from the living Word of God.  

We can never look to men for help; no matter who they are, they can’t save us, for even our great leaders fail and fall. (Psalm 146:3 TPT) I will lift up my eyes to the hills— from whence comes my help? My help comes from the LORD, Who made heaven and earth. (Psalm 121:1-2 NKJV) With all your heart, rely on Him to guard you and to guide you.

Be Captivated by Christ
