Cast your burden upon the LORD and He will sustain you; He will never allow the righteous to be shaken. —Psalm 55:22 (NASB)

Do you find it difficult to give your burdens to the LORD? If so, do you think you are more capable of taking care of yourself, than the God who created you? This is the very same mighty God who spoke and created the universe and all that it contains. It is the LORD Who knows what you are going to say before you speak a word. This wonderful God of ours, has all your days written in His book. His thoughts of you outnumber the grains of sand, on every shore! And through Christ, He has already gained the victory for us.

Burdens in your hands are a difficult thing. Our burdens in the hands of the LORD are nothing to Him. Choose to trust God at all times. Cast your burdens upon the LORD and leave them there. Let’s release and refuse to take them back.
