Choose to Rejoice

Even though the fig trees have no blossoms, and there are no grapes on the vines; even though the olive crop fails, and the fields lie empty and barren; even though the flocks die in the fields, and the cattle barns are empty, yet I will rejoice in the LORD! I will be joyful in the God of my salvation!
Habakkuk 3:17-18 (NLT)

Don't let your joy hinge on the external circumstances of this world. They are temporary and ever-changing. May joy reside deep in our hearts because of our great God, Who is always with us and promises never to leave us, nor forsake us. Let us rejoice in knowing that He, Who created the heavens and the earth, is mindful of each and every one of us. He has not forgotten about you. Rejoice in the fact that He loves you and nothing can ever separate you from His love. Take joy that our heavenly Father will work everything together for good. “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love him.” (See 1 Corinthians 2:9) No matter what happens, choose to rejoice in the LORD, at all times.
