Choose the Good Part

But the Lord answered and said to her, “Martha, Martha, you are worried and bothered about so many things; but only one thing is necessary, for Mary has chosen the good part, which shall not be taken away from her.” —Luke 10:41-42 (NASB1995)

Mary sat at the Lord’s feet, listening to His word. But her sister, Martha was distracted with all her preparations. (See Luke 10:39-40) Are you worried and bothered about so many things? Don't let endless preparations and demands keep you away from Him. Make spending time, being still in the presence of Yeshua and listening to His Word a priority. It's in His Presence that we can experience fullness of joy, deep peace and pleasures forevermore.

We have come to know and have believed the love which God has for us.
