God is Good

The LORD is good, a strength and stronghold in the day of trouble; He knows [He recognizes, cares for, and understands fully] those who take refuge and trust in Him. —Nahum 1:7 (AMP)

Yahweh is a strong defense in the day of distress, and He knows those who take refuge in Him. (See Nahum 1:7-8 LSB). Make a decision to continually trust in Yahweh, regardless of how circumstances may appear, and you will not be disappointed. God is good. Anything He instructs us to do or not to do, is for our benefit. Like any loving parent, He wants the best for His children. The LORD is our light. (See Psalms 27:1) He is love and He is life. Any other way we choose to go takes us toward darkness, destruction and death. 

The LORD is slow to anger and great in power and He will by no means leave the guilty unpunished. The LORD has His way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds are the dust beneath His feet. —Nahum 1:3 (AMP)

Know & Believe

We have come to know and have believed the love which God has for us. God is love, and the one who abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him. — 1 John 4:16 (NASB1995) May we know and believe in the unfailing love Yahweh continually lavishes upon us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Messiah Yeshua our Lord. Don't Drift

So by two unchangeable things, in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled for refuge might have strong encouragement to take hold of the hope set before us. — Hebrews 6:18 (TLV) We have this hope as an anchor of the soul, both firm and steady—a hope that enters the inner place behind the curtain. Yeshua has entered there as a forerunner on our behalf… (See Hebrews 19-20 TLV). When we take hold of the hope we have in Yeshua, it serves as an anchor, to keep us from drifting away from Yahweh.
