On His Mind

When I consider Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, the moon and the stars, which You have ordained; What is man that You take thought of him, and the son of man that You care for him? —Psalm 8:3-4 (NASB1995)

James 4:14 says, our lives are a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away. However, our Heavenly Father is mindful of us. Never believe the lie of the enemy that God does not care about you or that He has forgotten about you. He formed our inward parts, and wove us together in the womb of our mothers. (See Psalm 139:13) He created us with a purpose and a good plan. How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God! How vast is the sum of them! If I should count them, they would outnumber the sand. When I awake, I am still with You. (Psalm 139:17-18 NASB1995) May we be mindful of the God Most High and delight to do His will, treasuring His Word in our hearts.
