He Comforts You

“I, even I, am He who comforts you. Who are you that you are afraid of man who dies and of the son of man who is made like grass, that you have forgotten the LORD your Maker, Who stretched out the heavens and laid the foundations of the earth…” —Isaiah 51:12-13 (NASB1995)

Always remember Elohim, our Creator. Yahweh is a God of patience and comfort. (See Romans 15:5 NKJV) When doubts fill your mind, His comfort will give you renewed hope and cheer. (See Psalm 94:19 NLT) He comforts the downcast. (See 2 Corinthians 7:6 NASB1995) Second Corinthians 1:3 (NKJV) says, He is the Father of mercies and God of all comfort. He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When they are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us. (2 Corinthians 1:4 NLT) If you are in need of comfort, draw near to Yahweh, the very source of all that we need. If you are comforted, share the comfort of our Heavenly Father with someone who needs it.

Shout for joy, O heavens! And rejoice, O earth! Break forth into joyful shouting, O mountains! For the LORD has comforted His people and will have compassion on His afflicted. —Isaiah 49:13 (NASB1995)

Be Captivated by Christ
