casting all your cares [all your anxieties, all your worries, and all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares about you [with deepest affection, and watches over you very carefully]. — 1 Peter 5:7 (AMP) Let us cast each and every care, concern and anxious thought on Yahweh, because He cares for us deeply. “And His mercy is upon generation after generation toward those who [stand in great awe of God and] fear Him.” (Luke 1:50 AMP) Be glad and rejoice in His unfailing love, for He has seen your troubles, and He cares about the anguish of your soul. (See Psalms 31:7 NLT)  For the LORD is our hiding place; He protects us from trouble. He surrounds us with songs of victory. Interlude (See Psalms 32:7)

...casting all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you. — 1 Peter 5:7 (NASB) Live free from worry by casting every care, concern, and all of your anxiety on the LORD, because He most definitely cares for you. Destroy speculations and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ, (2 Corinthians 10:5). If a thought does not line up with the Word of God it has no place in the mind of a Believer. The LORD will accomplish what concerns you because His lovingkindness is everlasting; (Psalm 138:8) Cast your burden upon the LORD and He will sustain you; He will never allow the righteous to be shaken. — Psalm 55:22 (NASB)

Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God [set aside self-righteous pride], so that He may exalt you [to a place of honor in His service] at the appropriate time, casting all your cares [all your anxieties, all your worries, and all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares about you [with deepest affection, and watches over you very carefully]. — 1 Peter 5:6-7 (AMP) Cast all your cares on the LORD, and leave them in His mighty hands. Trust God and the good plans He has for you. His plans are for peace and well-being and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. So long as we are alive, we have hope... That means once we cast our cares, we need to leave them in the “something for God to do” box and not pull them out again. This morning, as I was casting all my cares on the Lord, He reminded me that we are to wait on Him, instead of picking up our concerns again. Isaiah 40:31 (NASB) says, Yet those who wait for the LORD will gain new strength; They will mount up with wings like eagles, they will run and not get tired, they will walk and not become weary. May we come out from under the circumstances, and continue to soar high, letting the power of His love be the wind beneath our wings, that carries us from glory to glory. Amen!

First, we have to cast our cares. That means we have to let them go. Release them to God. Notice it says “ALL” your cares. Don’t hold onto one, thinking you know better than God how to fix it. Psalm 55:22 in The Message Bibles says, “ Pile your troubles on God’s shoulders— he’ll carry your load, he’ll help you out. He’ll never let good people topple into ruin. ” If you are still worrying about something, that's a good indication that you have not cast it. The second thing this Scripture requires us to do is believe that God cares about us. Without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. (Hebrews 11:6 NKJV). Know t...

  casting all your cares [all your anxieties, all your worries, and all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares about you [with deepest affection, and watches over you very carefully]. — 1 Peter 5:7 (AMP) The worries of this world will choke the living Word right out of you and replace it with anxiety and fear. Instead, cast all your cares on the Lord. Don't believe the lies of the enemy, our heavenly Father deeply cares about you. No parent wants to see their child struggle under the weight of a heavy burden they were never meant to carry. In Hebrews 2:6 (AMP), the LORD is asked, “What is man, that You are mindful of him, or the son of man, that You graciously care for him?” His thoughts about you are more than can be numbered (Psalm 40:5). Cast all your cares on the LORD and know that He will take care of you.

Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. — 1 Peter 5:6-7 (NKJV) When we cast ALL our cares upon the LORD, there is nothing standing between us and God. It rids us of unnecessary distractions and we are free to focus on our faithful heavenly Father, the One who lavishes His loves on us. He is the One who will never leave us or forsake us. As we abide in Him, He gives us the strength and wisdom to overcome life's challenges.

casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. — 1 Peter 5:7 (NKJV) Whatever care we have needs to be cast on the Lord, whether it is something we care about so much we don’t want anything to happen to it or whether it's a heavy, burdensome care that causes us anxiety and worry. The “ing” on the word cast, indicates that it is a continual process. When we cast something, we throw it. That means it doesn’t land anywhere near us. Leave that care in God's hands and let your mind stay on the Lord and He will keep you in perfect peace (Isaiah 26:3).

Casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully.  — 1 Peter 5:7 (AMP) Anxiety in the heart of man causes depression (Proverbs 12:25). Don't cast only part of your concerns upon God. We are instructed to give ALL of our cares to Him, once and for all. Don't turn around and take them back again. Our Heavenly Father cares for you. If it concerns you, it concerns Him. Our God is able. Let go and let God be God!

Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! — Philippians 4:4 (NIV) How can we be full of joy at all times? By casting ALL our cares on the Lord. Be anxious for nothing. Don't fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns. Before you know it, a sense of God's wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. It's wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life (Philippians 4:6-7, The Message). And remember to thank God for all He has done!
