Chosen & Cherished!

Image
When I look at the night sky and see the work of your fingers— the moon and the stars you set in place— what are mere mortals that you should think about them, human beings that you should care for them? Yet you made them only a little lower than God and crowned them with glory and honor. You gave them charge of everything you made, putting all things under their authority —   Psalm 8:3-6 (NLT) Our heavenly Father and Creator of the universe, is mindful of us. Even before He made the world, God loved us and chose us. Every single moment you are thinking of me! How precious and wonderful to consider that you cherish me constantly in your every thought! O God, your desires toward me are more than the grains of sand on every shore! When I awake each morning, you’re still with me. (Psalm 139:17-18 TPT) Never think for one moment, our ever-present God has forgotten about you. He is working all things together for your good.

The LORD Watches Over You!

The LORD watches over you—the LORD is your shade at your right hand the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. The LORD will keep you from all harm— he will watch over your life; the LORD will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore. — Psalm 121:5-8 (NIV) Our heavenly Father watches over us. He is our shield of protection. He watches over your life, as you come in and go out. Abba Father knows your pains and your struggles and He is there to catch every tear. The LORD has all your days written in His book and He has already made a way for you!

Too Hard?

Then the Lord said to Abraham, "Why did Sarah laugh? Why did she say, 'I am too old to have a baby'? Is anything too hard for the Lord? No! I will return to you at the right time a year from now, and Sarah will have a son." Genesis 18:13-14 (NCV) Is anything too hard for the Lord? The answer is a resounding, "NO!" He created the earth and put the sun, moon and stars in place. He split the sea and held it open for His people to walk through on dry land. The Lord takes what is barren and makes it fertile. Sarah gave birth to a son in her nineties, just as the Lord said. At the right time what the Lord has promised you, will also come to pass. Nothing is too difficult for our great God.
