“And many nations will join themselves to Yahweh in that day and will become My people. Then I will dwell in your midst, and you will know that Yahweh of hosts has sent Me to you.” — Zechariah 2:11 (LSB) Let us be eternally joined to Yahweh. May we walk closely with Him, each and every moment of the day. For the eyes of Yahweh move to and fro throughout the earth that He may strongly support those whose heart is wholly devoted to Him. (See 2 Chronicles 16:9 LSB) And take each step in faith, knowing that He will bring us to a glorious destination. Therefore I urge you, brothers and sisters, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies [dedicating all of yourselves, set apart] as a living sacrifice, holy and well-pleasing to God, which is your rational (logical, intelligent) act of worship. (Romans 12:1 AMP)

“if My people...”

Image
“if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.” — 2 Chronicles 7:14 (NKJV) If children of God (those who are called by His name), want Yahweh to heal and restore our land, we need to do our part. First, we are to humble ourselves under the mighty hand of God (See 1 Peter 5:6). Second, we are to persistently pray to our Heavenly Father, instead of complaining, criticizing, or worrying. The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results. (See James 5:16 NLT)  Third, the Word says to seek His face. This is a posture of the heart.  Psalms 27:8 (NASB1995) says: When You said, “Seek My face,” my heart said to You, “Your face, O LORD, I shall seek.” The affections of our hearts are to be set on Yahweh, more than anything else this world has to offer. And the fourth thing we are instructed to do...

His Unfailing Love

Image
Long ago the LORD said to Israel: “I have loved you, my people, with an everlasting love. With unfailing love I have drawn you to myself. — Jeremiah 31:3 (NLT) The LORD chose you to be in Him, before the foundation of the world. His love is everlasting and never failing. It knows no limits and has no conditions. He draws us close to Him in love, and His faithfulness continues throughout the generations. His loving Presence is with us always. Surely your goodness and unfailing love will pursue me all the days of my life, and I will live in the house of the LORD forever. (Psalm 23:6 NLT) So lift your hands and thank God for his marvelous kindness and for all his miracles of mercy for those he loves. (Psalm 107:8 TPT)

Drink Living Water!

Image
“For my people have done two evil things: They have abandoned me— the fountain of living water. And they have dug for themselves cracked cisterns that can hold no water at all!” — Jeremiah 2:13 (NLT)   O LORD, the hope of Israel, all who turn away from you will be disgraced. They will be buried in the dust of the earth, for they have abandoned the LORD, the fountain of living water. — Jeremiah 17:13 (NLT) “Ho! Everyone who thirsts, come to the waters;” (Isaiah 55:1 NKJV) Drinking from the wells of this world, will leave you empty and thirsty. When we drink of the Living Water, we are richly satisfied, and experience the abundant life. In John 4:13-14 (NKJV), Jesus said, “ Whoever drinks of this water will thirst again, but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life. ” And He said to me, “It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Begin...

Walk with Him

Image
I will also walk among you and be your God, and you shall be My people. — Leviticus 26:12 (NASB) Just as Almighty God walked with the Israelites, He walks with His people today. He has enclosed us behind and before, and laid His hand upon us (Psalm 139:5). He has identified us as his own by placing the Holy Spirit in our hearts… (2 Corinthians 1:22 NLT). He has given us the Holy Spirit as our Helper, that He may be with us forever (John 14:16). He will never leave us nor forsake us. Let us always keep in step with Him. Though the nations around us follow their idols, we will follow the LORD our God forever and ever. (Micah 4:5 NLT)
