“People ruin their lives by their own foolishness and then are angry at the LORD.” — Proverbs 19:3 (NLT) Many lives are ruined because people choose “to do their own thing” instead of seeking and yielding to the will of our heavenly Father, Who created us and knows the plans He has for us. His plans are for peace and well-being and not for disaster, to give us a future and a hope. (See Jeremiah 29:11 AMP) “You can make many plans, but the LORD’s purpose will prevail.” (Proverbs 19:21 NLT) “No human wisdom or understanding or plan can stand against the LORD.” (Proverbs 21:30 NLT) Second Samuel 22:29 (NKJV) says: “…You are my lamp, O LORD; The LORD shall enlighten my darkness.” When we walk in the light, with Him, He will show us the right path to take. The LORD says, “I will guide you along the best pathway for your life. I will advise you and watch over you.” — Psalms 32:8 (NLT)

The LORD brings the counsel of the nations to nothing; He makes the plans of the peoples of no effect. The counsel of the LORD stands forever, the plans of His heart to all generations. — Psalm 33:10-11 (NKJV) In Jeremiah 18:12 (NLT), the people rejected the Word of the LORD given through Jeremiah. They replied, “Don’t waste your breath. We will continue to live as we want to, stubbornly following our own evil desires.” Each and every moment of the day, that the good LORD gives us breath, we can choose to follow Him, or follow our own desires. Know that eventually, each person will bear the consequences of their choices, so choose wisely. The LORD will work out his plans for my life— for your faithful love, O LORD, endures forever. Don’t abandon me, for you made me. — Psalm 138:8 (NLT) God has said, “ I will never fail you. I will never abandon you .” (See Hebrews 13:5 NLT) For I know the plans and thoughts that I have for you,’ says the LORD, ‘plans for peace and well-being and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. (Jeremiah 29:11 AMP) Whatever you go through today, know that Yahweh is with you and His plan is for your peace and well-being. And His plan and purpose will prevail over all. Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths. (Proverbs 3:5-6 NKJV) Fix your hope on the living God, who is the Savior of all men, especially of believers. (See 1 Timothy 4:10 NASB1995) And He will show you the path of life. (Psalm 16:11 AMP)

“ You are blessed because you believed that what the Lord said to you would really happen. ” — Luke 1:45 (NCV) We are blessed when we believe what the Lord said. Without faith no one can please God. Anyone who comes to God must believe that he is real and that he rewards those who truly want to find him  (Hebrews 11:6 NCV). Let us believe His Word, because it's true and it stands forever. He said, in this world we would have trouble, but He also said no weapon formed against us would prosper (Isaiah 54:17). He said His plans for us are good (Jeremiah 29:11) and that His purpose would prevail (Proverbs 19:21). The LORD said, “do not fear for I am with you.” Nothing shall be impossible WITH God.
